feelya for School

The assembly where everyone speaks. And nobody talks over anyone.

School assemblies, civics lessons and debate clubs become real debates: in turn, with the room voting before and after.

  • Students never pay to vote
  • Direct purchase, with an electronic invoice
  • Nothing to install on the school computer: just open feelya.it/proietta

Today, in the assembly hall

Two hours of assembly. Three people talk.

The mic goes to whoever grabs it first. Everyone else listens, or looks at their phone.

3 talk

397 stay silent, many on their phones

Time at the mic, out of 120 minutes

108 min to 3 people12 min to everyone else

Diagram of a school assembly: 3 people on stage talk for 108 of 120 minutes, the other 397 stay silent.
  • Nobody knows what the room thinks. You guess, or go by the applause.
  • Nothing is left at the end. No data, no changed mind.

For the assembly, the class, the club.

School assembly

4 or 6 speakers on stage, the whole room votes from their phones. On the screen: who’s speaking and, at the end, who changed their mind.

Six students around two desks pushed together: a girl is speaking, the others listen

In class

Civics, history, philosophy. A lobby of 4 or 6, free: they speak in turn and the class votes before and after. You can give a to someone who thinks the opposite, too.

Evening in the library: a circle of students, a girl speaking, some holding up phones with a red screen

  • The room votes before and after
  • Speakers invited by @tag
  • A timer for every speaker
  • The screen follows your lead
  • Attendance and leaderboard (Pro)
  • Everything in the lobby, from your phone

A poll tells you what the room thinks. feelya shows you who changed their mind.

Teachers ask.

Do students have to pay?

No, never. Voting is always free.

Do I need a special computer?

No. Any computer with a browser and an HDMI output will do. You open feelya.it/proietta, nothing to install.

What if there’s no projector?

The QR opens full screen on your phone: turn it towards the room. For a class, that’s enough.

Does the phone record voices?

No. In the room people speak live: the phone only shows who has the floor, the time and the vote. The screen shows the result of the whole room, never one person’s vote.

How does the school buy it?
